How it works

We slot into your existing production team – alongside your lighting, audio and content. Here’s the typical flow:

Pre-event info
You share the venue, screen setup, hardware (LED processors, switchers, media server) and the run-of-show so we can prepare.

Content handoff
Your designer, DJ, VJ, agency or in-house team supplies all graphics, videos and logos. We’ll confirm specs and formats.

On-site patch & test
We patch LED, map the screens, check routing, correct scaling and run through key cues before doors open.

Live show control
During the show, we operate visuals: starting cues, triggering looks, handling last-minute changes and keeping everything in sync with audio and lighting.

We don’t design or create the graphics or video content.

We do make sure your content actually works on every screen on site.

We coordinate with your production manager, LD and TD.
